I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Westbury. The place was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. What really stood out was the customer service — the staff were extremely gentle, polite, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel very welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience. I will definitely be coming back
The staff at the reception was professional. The rooms were cozy and clean. I would prefer to have more towels because I don’t feel comfortable asking for more towels usually but the overall experience was good.
It was well placed for our purpose of visit. Breakfast could have been better though, they had yoghurt, cereal, few apples and bananas, bread, scrambled eggs, tea, pork sausages and very dry and pale looking fries.

Front desk clerk was great. She is friendly and knows her position. She is engaging with customers. This is 3rd time staying here Update: front desk remembers you stayed here before. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This trip only downside was breakfast. The other times breakfast was stocked and good. This time not stocked and tables dirty....front desk said breakfast host was very busy this morning but will address it with her.
Spent 5 lovely days here and I will say its worth ever penny minutes away from almost everything. For someone like me the bed was definitely comfortable not to mention clean. Would definitely use this hotel if Im ever on this side of the border again.
We had a wonderful experience at SureStay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had booked 10 rooms and the party hall for our event, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire property was spotless. The party hall was spacious and perfect for our gathering — it can easily accommodate 150 people. We’re truly grateful for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We'll definitely be coming back soon and would highly recommend SureStay to anyone looking for a great stay and event space.
Stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament for two nights and it was perfect. Clean and updated rooms, friendly staff all around and great location in terms of highway access and tons of stores/ restaurants near by. The beds and pillows were super comfy and there was lots of parking.
